Ingredients: Serves 3

4-6 Crushed ice cubes
60ml Dark Rum
60ml White Rum
30ml Golden Rum
30ml Triple Sec
30ml Lime juice
30ml Orange juice
30 ml Pineapple juice
30ml Guava juice
1 tbsp Grenadine
1 tbsp Sugar syrup
1 tsp Pernod


1. Put the crushed ice cubes into a cocktail shaker
2. Pour over the liquid ingredients and shake vigorously until well frosted
3. Pour the cocktail into chilled glasses and decorate with fresh mint and pineapple wedges
