Mai Tai


4-6 cracked ice cubes
30ml White Rum
30ml Dark Rum
30ml Orange Curacao
30ml Lime juice
1 tbsp Sugar syrup
1 tbsp Grenadine


1. Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour over the white rum, dark rum, curacao, lime juice, sugar syrup and grenadine.
2. Shake vigorously until well frosted and strain into a chilled glass
3. Decorate with a pineapple wedge, cocktail cherry and orange peel.
