Ingredents:

2.450 kg American Ale (Gladfields)
820 gms Munich Male  (Gladfields)
320 grms Wheat Malt  (Gladfields)
200 grms Caramalt 
200 grms Medium Crystal (Gladfields)
20 grms Roast Barley 
36  grms Fuggle
36 grms Riwaka

Yeast:
1 Packet US04

Method:

Mash at 73 degrees C with 10.4L water, rest for 60min at 66.7C
Sparge for 30 min with 19L water at 75 degrees C.( In a grainfather - continuous sparge)
Should be sitting at 26L before boil. (Top up with boiled water if your under)
Boil for 60 minutes
Add 12g Fuggles and 12g Riwaka at 60 minutes left
Add 12g Fuggles and 12g Riwaka at 15 minutes left
Add 12g Fuggles and 12g Riwaka at 0 minutes left
Whirlpool for 10min ( Whirlpooling: Turn the boil off and either stirring fast/recirulate so it "whirlppools"for the duration)
Cool and trasfer to your fermenter quickly as possible.
