Mango New England IPA – Extract Kit

Jump on the Hazy trend with this New England Ipa Recipe. Using the New Mangrove Jacks Mango Pale Ale Malt Extract Kit as a base to create a Smooth, Full Bodied, Fruity drop of heaven.  It couldn’t be easier!

FG: Approx 1.020
ABV: Aprrox 5.0%
Volume: 23L


1x Mangrove Jacks Mango Pale Ale

1x Mangrove Jacks Wheat Malt 1.5kg

1x Flavor Burst Vanilla Extract 50ml

50g Amarillo Hops

400g Lactose


1. Mix together the Mango Pale Ale Extract, Wheat Malt Extract, Lactose and top up to 23L

2. Pitch your M44 US West Coast Yeast and let ferment for 5 days or till your Hydrometer reading is at 1.030 or lower.

3. Add your Citra, Azacca and Amarillo Dry Hops and Vanilla Extract and let ferment for a further 2 days.

4. Add finings and let sit for 24 hours.

5. Keg or bottle as usual.
