Amarillos ultra-high myrcene content creates a delicious orange and passionfruit with citrus flavour. It is also highly acidic, making it perfect for ESB’s and Pale Ales. Often referred to as the holy grail of American hops, it performs well as a dual purpose and can also be used as a single hop smash with great effect.
