Dark Wheat Malt is the signature malt for dunkelweizen and similar beers. It adds creaminess, body, and complex wheat flavours, as well as some colour.
Use up to 70% in your grain bill. Also good for hefeweizen, Kolsch, Alt, and Witbier styles.
