Carawheat Malt - Weyermann

Produced from German grown top-quality wheat, Carawheat has a nearly 100% level of caramelisation and it adds creaminess, body, colour, plus some phenolic wheat flavours to top-fermented beers. Use up to 30% of total grain bill for wheat beers, up to 5% for pale ales, up to 15% for dark ales.
