US Yakima Gold Hops

Yakima Gold is a new hop that works well as an all-purpose hop similar to Cluster or Willamette. It has grapefruit, lemon zest, and general citrus characteristics, but more balanced rather than intense. It makes itself at home in Pale Ales, IPAs, and even Saisons.
