NZ Kohatu Hops

Kohatu was released alongside Wai-iti. It's not as fruity as Wai-iti, but with its intense aroma of mainly apricot and tropical fruit complimented by freshly crushed pine needles means it adds a wonderfully fresh character to beer. Even with the low alpha, when used for that purpose it features a pleasant, rounded bitterness.
