US Centennial Hops

Centennial is generally referred to as a Super Cascade, but it doesn't have as much of the citrusy characteristics of Cascade. Centennial is a highly versatile hop, with its depth of bitterness along with a forward aroma, the two balance each other out beautifully. With its alpha acid content of 9.5-11.5%, it is well suited to Pale Ales and IPAs. Floral in both flavor and aroma, these notes are prevalent in the beers into which they are brewed.
