Briess Victory Malt is a biscuit style malt that is well suited for Nut Brown Ales and other dark beers. Its clean flavour makes it equally well suited for ales and lagers alike. Use in small amounts to add complexity and a touch of warmth to light ales or lagers, or use in larger amounts (up top 25%) in darker beers to bring out more of the toasted biscuit flavors.
