Citric Acid is a natural preservative used in wines to add an acidic, zesty taste. Citric Acid can also be used as a final rinse after sterilizing equipment to adjust the pH of the water used.
Citric Acid is used in Schnapps and Liqueurs to give them a Sour flavour.
Use for Sourz: Add 2x Tablespoons to any 1L or 40oz and adjust for taste from there.
Use for Wine: Add 2 Teaspoons of Citric Acid to 10L of water.
Makes 30 Sourz Liqueurs, or Treats 1000L of Water/Wine
