Irish moss is used in the Boiling process to help coagulate proteins making them easier to fall out of suspension
Sunds sounds technical - but really add in 15mins before the end of your brew and good things will happen.
Recommended usage: Use 1 teaspoon per for 25L in the last 10-15mins of the boil.
