Mangrove Jack's Carrageenan 25g
Carrageenan is a clarifier and is used to clear protein during the boil when mash brewing. Irish moss and Eucheuma are two sources of carrageenan. This Carrageenan is sourced from Eucheuma.
Recommended usage: Use 1 teaspoon per for 25L in the last 10-15mins of the boil.
