BrewKeg - 10, 25 and 50 Litres
Introducing the BrewKeg, the latest brewing hardware from WilliamsWarn. The BrewKeg has all the same technical features as the WilliamsWarn BrewMaster except for the temperature control system. So if you can take care of the temperature, you can make premium quality beer/cider in 7 days.
Now available in three sizes:
10 Litres - BrewKeg10
25 Litres - BrewKeg25
50 Litres - BrewKeg50
The BrewKeg is a conical fermenter that brews under pressure, which means the beverage is fully carbonated after the first day of fermentation. It also allows for clarification without having to move or oxidise the brew inside. The brewing capacity is either 10, 25 or 50 litres, depending on your selection, so it is perfect for brewing your own premium quality beer/cider at home. Licenced premises (cafes, pubs, restaurants) can also use the BrewKeg to brew their own crafted beer/cider to serve on tap at their premise.
As the BrewKeg does not have the same temperature control system the BrewMaster does, you will need to create an environment that allows the brewing process to occur. For fermentation an ambient temperature of 20-25’C will be sufficient to allow a standard brew to ferment in 4 days. After this step you will need to store the BrewKeg cold so a source of refrigeration will be required. Once cold the BrewKeg allows you to clarify and completely remove all yeast and sediment from the beer in 2.5 days.
Therefore, at the end of the 7 days, the beer is ready to drink and can be consumed either directly from the BrewKeg, transferred into a keg or bottled using the WilliamsWarn Counter Pressure Bottler. All transfers are under pressure so you are left with perfectly carbonated, fresh beer ready to drink straight away.
The BrewKeg is designed for fermentation, carbonation, clarification of beer and cider, it also can be used as a serving vessel once the brewing is complete. You are not limited to the type of ingredients that you can brew with.
